MY STORY
 I used to work a 9–5, filling my schedule to the point where none of my time ever felt like it was truly mine. I wore “busy” like a badge of honour—until burnout caught up with me. One day, I was so exhausted I nearly burned my kitchen down. I could have lost everything—my home, even my life—if I hadn’t woken up in time. That moment became my wake-up call. I started asking myself how many women were living the same way—constantly busy, constantly giving, yet slowly losing themselves. I knew there had to be another way. So I made a bold decision: I stepped away from my full-time job and built a service-based business while growing what started as a passion project on the side. That passion eventually became Freedom Culture Academy—created to help women step out of overwhelm, reclaim their time, and build a life that truly feels like their own. I was a people-pleaser for far too long. I found it hard to say no, so most days I lived feeling overwhelmed by everything I needed to get done. It was a never-ending list of to-dos—and at some point, I realized this couldn’t be what my life was meant to be about. Since working with Steph, everything started to shift. I began changing my mindset and taking small but consistent steps forward. I learned to say no to what didn’t feel aligned with me, and in doing so, I created space for what I truly enjoy. That’s when I started creating content—and over time, earn from what I’m passionate about. Really, it is possible.
